Return and Exchange Policy

Our standard return period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Customers may request to return eligible items for a full refund within this timeframe. 

Order Cancelation

Customers have 3 business days from the placement date to modify or cancel orders at no charge. Orders not confirmed within seven calendar days will automatically be canceled and subject to a 20% cancelation fee.

Final Sale Items

All discount or promotional items are classified as final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for merchandise purchased under a sale or special offer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No return or exchange if part has been painted, altered, edged, damaged or without original packaging. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of original purchase date. Any damaged part must be reported within 2 days from original purchase date. +20% Restocking charge on non-defective parts. Parts with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within manufacturer's warranty period and upon approval by manufacturer. No returns on electrical or special order parts. Parts returned cannot be used, installed or painted, must be in the same condition as when sold and returned with original packaging, labels/tags. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the correct fit prior to installation. No parts will be accepted for return after 2 months from original purchase date. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tunergenix.com. If your return is accepted, return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged part must be reported within 2 days from original purchase date. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/codes.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
